Account

Delete your account.

You can remove your NatChatt account and the data tied to it at any time, from inside the app or by writing to us. We process the request within seven days and confirm when it’s done.

Where to find it

At the bottom of the settings screen.

The Delete Account button is the last item in your settings. It sits a little apart from the rest, in red, so you don't tap it by accident, and so it doesn't take you any digging to find when you want it.

From inside the app

  1. Open NatChatt and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
  3. Read the short summary of what gets removed, and confirm.

The app will sign you out and show a final confirmation screen. After that, your account is queued for deletion and removed within seven days.

By email

Write to support@natchatt.com from the email address tied to your NatChatt account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Include any context you’d like us to know.

One of us will confirm receipt within a working day and complete the deletion within seven.

What gets removed

  • Your account profile and the phone number tied to it.
  • Your settings, language preferences, and contact links inside NatChatt.
  • The metadata logs we kept for billing during the last 90 days.

What you’ll lose with it

Your chat history. Because your messages live on your phone and not on our servers, deleting your account, or uninstalling the app, removes those messages with no way for us to restore them. We don’t have a server-side copy to send back.

An on-device export tool is on our roadmap so you can take a backup of your conversations before deleting — it isn’t shipped yet. If keeping your history matters, wait for that feature or copy the messages out by hand before you delete.

What we keep, briefly

We keep invoices and basic accounting records for seven years, as the law requires. These contain no message contents and no personal data beyond what is needed for tax purposes.
